Investment
$3-$5 Per Square Foot
Upon completion of our Custom Home Client Questionnaire Form, we furnish you with a specified cost for our Custom Home Design Service. Typically, the majority of our clients find themselves in the $3-$5 per square foot bracket. This estimation is predominantly influenced by the dimensions of your prospective home and the degree of design intricacy you aspire to attain.
Payment Schedule
50% payment is required upon signing the contract
The remaining 50% is due following the final walkthrough of your new home
